Daily use and Maintainance 
1. Before each start-up, routinely check the surrounding environment, tightening bolts, oil leakage, and the integrity of the cables, so as to create conditions for normal operation.
2. When the new drum is started, it should start by jogging, and gradually turn to normal. After 10 minutes of operation, check the vibration, noise and temperature rise of the running parts of the whole machine.
3. If there is oil leakage from the electric drum, pay attention to check 2 parts: 1 is the oil seal, whether it is worn or deformed, and the wear can make the oil seal lip position.
The spring coil is tightened, and the leakage can be solved for the oil seal with little wear. If it is invalid or deformed, the skeleton oil seal should be replaced in time; the second is that the air outlet channel cannot be blocked, and the silent dust, oil and debris should be removed as soon as possible to ensure that the channel is unobstructed.
4. The backstop used by the high-speed shaft of the external drum is generally cooled and lubricated by the cooling lubricating oil inside the cylinder through the internal channel to flow to the backstop for cooling and lubrication. A pressure filling oil cup is installed on the top of the backstop. When the backstop heats up quickly, an appropriate amount of oil should be pressed into the oil cup for supplementation. Not more than 150g. The backstop should be able to play a backstop function, otherwise the backstop will be deemed damaged.
